By accessing or using Link Library Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Link Library Pro is a web-based application that allows users to save, organize, categorize, and manage web links, images, videos, and other online content. We provide both free and premium subscription plans with varying features and capabilities.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Plan

We offer a free plan with basic features and unlimited storage. The free plan may include advertising and has limited access to premium features.

Premium Plans

• Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed annually at the rate specified on our pricing page.
• Free Trial: New premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain premium access until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

User Content

Your Rights

• You retain all rights to the content you save and create in Link Library Pro.
• You can export your data at any time in CSV format.
• You control who can view your content through sharing settings.

Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you save and share.
• You must not use the Service to store or share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• You must not violate any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
• You must not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content.

License to Use Your Content

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link Library Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted or shared through the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Link Library Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Data Backup

While we implement regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your content. We recommend regularly exporting your data using the import/export feature.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Link Library Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
